Pallister-Killian Syndrome Foundation of Australia is planning a conference for October 10th, 11th and 12th this year in Melbourne. This conference is open to all PKS families including extended family as we recognise the important role that extended family can have in providing care and support to people with PKS.

The conference venue, CYC City, is right in the CBD so we will have a chance to see a lot of what Melbourne has to offer.The venue is fully wheelchair accessible and accessible bathrooms will be available for those who need them.

The big news is that PKSFA will cover 100% of accommodation costs for all participants (which includes meals at the venue) and 75% of your travel expenses.

The conference will include guest speakers covering:

* Management of continence,
* Hormonal changes and its management in boys and girls,
* The NDIS explained.

Activities will be provided for siblings during these sessions and they will be supervised by trusted people with Working with Children Checks.

This will be a fantastic conference but the thing that will make it really successful is having as many families there as possible. We hope you can come!
